Monday Weigh In - This Weeks Goals

Weighed in at 219 this morning!

This weeks goals:

1.  Drink no less than 36 oz of water a day.
2.  Go for a walk every day.

THIS MONTHS WEIGHT GOAL:

To be 199 by the end of the month.

One thing that is praised quite highly to increase your fitness is a rebounder. These are like little trampolines and are available either on their own or with a handle.
These help you to be able to run up and down stairs without getting out of breath - they are wonderful. You can use them for walking on or gently running on and they don't attack your ankles, knees or hips. If you do decided to get one you will notice the difference after just four or five days. They are sold at a variety of prices mainly depending on the make and where you get them from.

I never knew the little trampolines had a name, I just call them little tramploines. lol

I'm currently saving up for a treadmill. It could take me a while.
