Another month in which I made the opposite of progress.
I've gotten all the way back up to 219!
This is just UN ACCEPTABLE!
Setting a super easy goal for myself this month. I'm aiming to lose 2 pounds a week. Thats only 8 pounds for the month. Surely I can do that!

Nona, you can also go online to Spark People dot com and keep track of what you eat and also your exercise. There are forums and such AND it's free. I did that for a while and it was a good thing. Then I got too busy to focus on what I was eating.
Keep it up, You can do it.
